The Sandro Pertini and Renata Cuneo Museum is located on the second floor of the Palazzo della Loggia, in the Priamar Fortress. The collections donated to the city by Sandro Pertini – former President of the Italian Republic – and by the sculptress Renata Cuneo are on display in adjoining spaces.

The Pertini collection features about a hundred items, including paintings and sculptures by contemporary artists such as Remo Brindisi, Antonio Corpora, Filippo de Pisis, Agenore Fabbri, Renato Guttuso, Giacomo Manzù, Francesco Messina, Joan Mirò, Giorgio Morandi, Gio’ Pomodoro, Aligi Sassu, Mario Sironi, and Emilio Vedova.

Renata Cuneo's collection, donated by the artist to the city of Savona in 1986, encompasses several ceramic, bronze, and terracotta sculptures. Giovanna d'Arco, Il Muratorino and Ecce Homo are some of her most significant works, chiefly devoted to the human figure transposed in religious and secular subjects.
